Art & dégustation

The Art of Chocolate museum is located in Lisle-sur-Tarn, in the Tarn department, between Albi and Toulouse. 13th century bastide-port, the museum is located in the heart of the village, on the arcaded square, the largest covered square in the southwest. Located in an 18th century mansion, the museum is a unique place. The visit begins with a video projection, where you will discover the secrets of chocolate making, from the cocoa plantation to the finished product.

The second room presents, like a cabinet of curiosities, the different techniques used to create chocolate sculptures.

In the third room, you will discover that chocolate is a material allowing a wide variety of aesthetic effects. The sculptures presented were worked with four hands by different master chocolatiers and contemporary sculptors, such as Casimir Ferrer and Marta Solsona.

End your visit with a guided tasting of great chocolates and discover different cocoa terroirs around the world.

We also welcome school audiences for fun and educational visits and we organize birthday snacks for your children.
Finally, the Art du Chocolat museum offers room rental and privatization of the museum for your events.
